Cholera is an excruciating, diarrhea illness reason by contamination of the intestine with the bacterium Vi brio cholera. The infection is often mild. Approximately severe disease characterized one in 20 infected persons has   profuse watery diarrhea, vomiting, and leg cramps. In these persons, rapid loss of body fluids leads to dehydration and shock. if unable  to treatment,death may be occur within few hours.
How cholera work ?

If anybody  drink or eat food which is mixed with cholera bacterium he will become affected with this disease.This disease rapidly spread in this area.We should not drink water which is mixed with cholera bacterium.

This bacterium may also can found in river and pond water. If anybody affected by this disease he should go to doctor for treatment.

Brucellosis

Brucellosis

Brucellosis is a disease caused by the bacteria of the genus Brucella. These bacteria are found among animals, and they cause disease in  different vertebrates. Sheep, goats, cattle, deer, elk, pigs, dogs, and several other animals affect by the various Brucella species. Human become infected when they  contact with animals or animal products which are affeced with this bacteria. In humans brucellosis can cause a row of symptoms that are the same to the flu and may include headaches,sweats,fever, back pains, and physical weakness.
How much common is brucellosis?
Brucellosis is not very common in united states,where 100 to 150. But brucellosis can be found where animal disease are common.
Where is brucellosis usually found?
Although brucellosis can be found worldwide,it is common where . Areas currently listed as high risk are the Mediterranean Basin ( Southern France, Italy, Greece,Portugal, Spain, Turkey, North Africa), South and Central America, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Unpasteurized cheeses, sometimes called "village cheeses," from these areas may represent a particular risk for tourists.
Can brucellosis be spread from person to person?
Usualy brucellosis do not spread from person to person . Mothers who are breast-feeding may transmit the infection to their infants. Sexual transmission has also been reported. For both sexual and breast-feeding transmission, if the infant or person at risk is treated for brucellosis, their risk of becoming infected will probably be eliminated within 3 days.
How is brucellosis diagnosed?
Brucellosis is diagnosed in a laboratory by finding Brucella organisms in samples of blood or bone marrow. Also, blood tests can be done to detect antibodies against the bacteria. If this method is used, two blood samples should be collected 2 weeks apart.
Is there a treatment for brucellosis?
Yes, but treatment can be difficult. Doctors can prescribe effective antibiotics. Usually, doxycycline and rifampin are used in combination for 6 weeks to prevent reoccuring infection. Depending on the timing of treatment and severity of illness, recovery may take a few weeks to several months. Mortality is low (<2%), and is usually associated

Anthrax

Anthrax is a dangerous  infectious disease caused by the spore-forming bacterium Bacillus anthracis. Anthrax most commonly take place in wild and domestic lower vertebrates (cattle, sheep, goats, camels, antelopes). Human also affected by this disease if the touch affected animal.

In agriculturel region anthrax can be found. Asia, South and Central America, Southern and Eastern Europe,  Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East is the common place where anthrax can attack. When anthrax affects humans, it is usually due to an occupational exposure to infected animals or their products. Workers who are exposed to dead animals and animal products from other countries where anthrax is more common may become infected with B. anthracis (industrial anthrax). Anthrax in wild livestock has occurred in the United States.
Can anthrax be spread from person-to-person?

Anthrax is simply not spread from person to person. Communicability is not a concern in managing or visiting with patients with inhalation anthrax.

The vaccine is a cell-free filtrate vaccine, which means it contains no dead or live bacteria in the preparation. The final product contains no more than 2.4 mg of aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant. Anthrax vaccines intended for animals should not be used in humans

Heart disease arises from an unhealthy diet, such as diets with overly high amounts of calories that ultimately becomes fat that slowly blocks the arterial walls. These blocked arterial walls lead to highly blood pressure and, ultimately, heart attacks and diseases. It was the number 1 position in the 2003 data of The Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This is one of the common diseases.
Certain lifestyle factors can put you at increased risk of heart disease, such as smoking, being overweight, and not exercising regularly. If you have high blood pressure or high LDL cholesterol levels,  these put you at risk . Even excess stress and anger contribute to the development of the disease. Fortunately, this is depend on your eating habit and life style. For example, exercising regularly is not only good for your heart, it also helps you reduce your weight and even lower your stress level.
This world. Most of rich country people facing this kind of diseases. Because, they like to eat fast food, which is harmful for health. They also like to eat oily food.
If we want stop this disease, we have to maintain a good health, we have to eat limited food. And have to try to leave oily food. then we can stop this.

AIDS

AIDS

Huge immune deficiency syndrome has gained its place as one of the top men killers in the earth. Man and women both total 2.1 million people was killed by AIDS alone in 2007. Among them, 330,000 were children. AIDS is caused by the human immunodeficiency virus. Although HIV can be transmitted from a mother to her unborn child, the majority of transmission of this disease is through sexual contact. Promiscuous men all over the world are victims and carriers of this virus, which ultimately develops into the deadly AIDS disease.
In AIDS, a person’s immune system is very slowly deteriorating until ultimately the body fails to defend itself against foreign infectious objects that enter the body. It could be said that the person with AIDS dies not from the disease, but from the complications that arise from it. These complications otherwise would not find its way into a person’s body with the immune system intact in its place.
Now a day’s its increasing very rapidly all over the world. It’s also became very common in very poor country. But they have no idea about AIDS. They also don’t know how its work, what the cause of it .
